3. Booking & Cancellation

3.1. Booking

• All bookings must be made via our website, JIFFYit.com.

• You will receive a confirmation of your booking via email.

3.2. Cancellation

• You may cancel your booking before the scheduled pickup time without penalty.

• Cancellations made after a driver has been allocated will incur a cancellation fee of £4.

4. Fares and Payment

• All fares are clearly displayed during the booking process and are based on a transparent pricing structure.

• Payment is required at the end of the trip and can be made via credit card or other approved payment methods.

• In the event of a route change or additional waiting time, the fare may be adjusted accordingly. You will be notified of any changes to the fare before they are applied.

5. Responsibilities of Customers

• Customers must ensure they are ready at the designated pickup location at the agreed time.

• Any damage caused to the vehicle by the Customer will result in additional charges to cover repair costs.

• Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during the ride.

6. Responsibilities of Drivers

• Drivers must maintain a high standard of service, including punctuality and professionalism.

• Drivers must ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and safe for each ride.

• Drivers must adhere to all applicable traffic laws and regulations.

7. Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIFFYit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our Service.

• JIFFYit’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the ride in question.
